This was my first time, and undoubtedly my final one, using this company for shipping a small parcel from the UK to an EU country. Not only did the delivery arrive five days behind schedule, but they also engaged third-party customs agencies in attempts to extract additional fees. Rather than contacting customs directly, the recipient was approached by a third-party customs agent, requesting an extra €20 for customs declaration—despite having already provided detailed and clear documentation. Upon querying the significant delay in parcel delivery, their response amounted to a mere apology coupled with a vague assurance to strive for improvement. However, the frustration didn't end there. A week following the belated arrival of the parcel, I was astounded to receive an invoice, along with an AUTOMATIC (!!!) debit card CHARGE, citing "incorrect weight and measurements of the parcel provided."
