Booked the car in with Farnborough Car Care 2 weeks ago and when I bought the car to them they had no record of my booking. They use a paper diary and are essentially in the dark ages, no confirmation email of the booking just their word. As I was waiting he answered the phone and kept me waiting longer, when I felt he should have dealt with the customers in front of him, rather than prioritising a phone call. I was naturally frustrated with the situation and said, "That was a fu**ing waste of time", under my breath and walked off. I got to the front of the workshop and the guy got right up in my face yelling, "What did you say you ginger c**t?" before pushing me back and becoming more intimidating yelling more in my face. I have a cane for back issues and this didn't phase him. I got in my car and he returned to hit my car yelling for me to, "f**knoff you ginger c**t and never come back". I took my vehicles to this company for several years and I've NEVER had such disrespect.
