Rated poorly for: Value, Responsiveness, Quality Questionable workmanship! Few weeks after they've finished the job, I noticed reoccuring leak from a window ledge/sil - upon inspection, which I should have done when they completed the work!. Even though I know they over charged me for materials, which I paid for! Listing issues! 1. On the side (external) of the window, they created a water channel that guided the rain water through the window sil. The water dripped inside the bedroom ceiling which is right below that window. 2. They installed cracked ridge tile, although I told them I have a replacement. 3. In the quotation, we asked to replaced few cracked roof tiles, which they priced to be replaced. One of them is seen with mastic see pic 4. Incorrect adhesive for the downpipe gutter causing it to fall off from its intended location. 5. it wasn't even screwed/fixed correctly, incorrect pipe holder eg: holder for square pipe on round pipe. They cheap on that? it's only £0.90
